The condensate separators are specifically designed for use on steam distribution pipes within the pressure and temperature limits indicated on the appropriate CE plate. The SC series separators have the function of eliminating any water particles (wet steam) to transform it into dry steam, eliminating any condensation. The separation and removal of the condensate contained in the feed steam is an important point for increasing energy yield and productivity in steam systems. The presence of condensate in the steam system causes poor performance in the heat exchange, energy waste relating to the treatment system, greater presence of condensate in the system, risk of water hammer on the steam lines.
